Children's Orthopaedic Hospital 1953

In 1953 during the Queen's Coronation the first TV arrived at Treetops Hospital. Mr. Newton of the Entertainment Committee is in the pinstripe suit and the young boy in braces is Johnny Bailey from Bolton. From Marple Local History Society Archives.
