12/23/20 at 14:27Ken Lodge says: From left to right: me (mouse); Robert Browning, who lived in the detached house on the corner of Marple Hall Drive and Stockport Road (can’t remember the number); Mary Speakman, whose family lived at 1, Isherwood Drive; Joan Waters and her sister Pam (no. 4 Isherwood). I don’t know the other people in the background. Joan won first prize for her outfit “Off the ration”, celebrating the removal of sweets and chocolate from rationing in February, 1953. |
