Mrs Jean Procter MBE Lifetime Achievement AwardMrs Jean Procter MBE 91 years old of Marple, with her daughter, at the Cheshire Woman of the Year 2010 on 28th April, held at the Duke of Westminster's private home Nr. Chester. Mrs. Procter MBE was a nominee and received a Lifetime Achievement Award and was presented with a Certificate and Bouquet of Flowers.
